Welcome to Hatty’s Entertainment! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Hatty’s Entertainment, including bookings, events, and any associated products or services related to children’s entertainment. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Hatty’s Entertainment offers entertainment services tailored for children’s events, including but not limited to parties, performances, video messages, workshops, and character appearances.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process: To book our services, clients must provide relevant details including event date, location, and specific entertainment requests.
2.2 Payment Terms: A 50% deposit will be needed within 48 hours after we have contacted you and confirmed your booking or else your slot will be given up. The rest of the payment must then be made 14 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via bank transfer and payment links.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 28 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 21-28 days have a cancellation fee of £100.Anything less then 21 days ends up with your 50% deposit being non refundable.
3. Responsibilities and Safety
3.1 Supervision: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children during events. While Hatty’s Entertainment staff will provide entertainment, the safety and well-being of children at all times is the responsibility of the attending adults.
3.2 Health and Safety: Clients are required to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the event. Hatty’s Entertainment will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during events.
3.3 Location: The client must provide a safe, clean, and adequate space for the planned entertainment activities. Hatty’s Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify the event if the venue is deemed unsafe.
4. Event Modifications and Cancellations by Hatty’s Entertainment
4.1 Right to Modify: Hatty’s Entertainment reserves the right to modify the entertainment or services offered, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, etc.). Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
4.2 Event Cancellation by Hatty’s Entertainment: In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the service due to an emergency or unavoidable situation, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Content Ownership: All content provided by Hatty’s Entertainment, including but not limited to performances, costumes, and creative materials, remain the intellectual property of Hatty’s Entertainment.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1 Limitation of Liability: Hatty’s Entertainment will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct by our staff.
6.2 Indemnification: By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hatty’s Entertainment, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal data provided to us for booking purposes will be kept confidential and will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Conduct and Behavior
8.1 Client Conduct: Hatty’s Entertainment expects all clients and their guests to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during events. Offensive or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the event without a refund.
8.2 Behavior of Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children behave appropriately. If a child’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe, our staff reserves the right to stop the activity.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hatty’s Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
